2021 was an especially good vintage across the board, and The Augur is no exception. This dry Riesling – Cobolorum's sister wine – is one of the most food-friendly wines we make. It's zesty, zippy and can pair with everything from sushi to sausages and choucroute (or Raclette, yum)! Drinking really well now, but will age for years.
Unfined & unfiltered. 12% alcohol. No cold stabilization; natural crystalline sediment will form in the bottle upon extended refrigeration.
