A gorgeous deep amber, with a texture and finish that won't quit. Savory and fascinating, it's an exhilarating deep dive down the rabbit hole of skin fermentation.
No added sulfites. Unfined & unfiltered. No cold stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration.
