Crisp, tropical Chenin from the sandy limestone slopes of Jurassic Park Vineyard, with a honeyed finish. Whole-cluster-pressed directly to some of our oldest neutral French oak barrels, this wine spent 10 months in barrel before bottling. A go-to for every season.
Unfined & unfiltered. No cold stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration.
13.5% alcohol.
